Wow, what a fabulous day we had with you yesterday. Everything was excellently planned, you had matters well in hand to help Christine get on and off, you could not have been more helpful or charming. This had been a worry for me as I obviously wanted her to get full enjoyment of the day. The whole process from my initial enquiry right the way through to the actual day was a very pleasant process. It was a delight to meet you and Dan and highly amusing when Dan discovered that Steve Hyland once of Radio Mercury was a passenger. His expression much like the whole day will live long in my memory.

“We just got home from our 4 days on King’s Ransom. We had a really good time and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Steve really went the extra mile. He perfectly identified our individual strengths and weaknesses and organised the course around these. I cannot even begin to describe how well he looked after my daughter. Under Steve’s supervision, she achieved things that I would never have imagined a 9 year old could do. She came home so enthusiastic about boating, and excited about spending further time afloat in the future. In a nutshell it was excellent and I would give it a 10 out of 10.”
